Your Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the supply chain planning team to optimize cost efficiency and enhance delivery reliability of all materials and products.

+ Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

+ Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies aligned with the overarching supply chain strategy.

+ Drive the advancement and refinement of planning processes, methods, guidelines, and systems.

+ Ensure processes adhere to defined standards while consistently meeting targets.

+ Identify and rectify deviations or bottlenecks promptly.

+ Align supply chain activities with strategic business objectives both regionally and globally.

+ Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Your Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technical Field, or Supply Chain

+ Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated Planning, Warehousing and Logistics experience within a manufacturing plant environment

+ Successful history of managing and directing a team

+ Proficient in supply chain software and ERP systems, with strong organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities

+ Self-motivated, driven, and assertive, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and impactful results

+ Excellent written & verbal communications skills

+ Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:

+ Master's degree in Supply Chain Management

+ Proficient in SAP
