Responsibilities Serves as the Supervisor for the Budget Management and Technical Training Branch, under the management, direction and control of the Director, Total Force Business Division(TFB), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). Responsible for managing and integrating Agency-wide programs covering financial management of agency training, work/life programs, union affairs, worker's compensation, and HR outsourced services. Responsible for the business aspects of managing the TF Directorate; management internal controls; and operational funds (travel, supplies, etc.). Provides leadership and applies expertise in managing and integrating agency-wide training programs covering technical training and Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) administration. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Defines, integrates, and implements strategic direction for vital programs with long-term impact on large numbers of people. Presents organizational briefings to convey strategic vision or organizational policies. Implements strategic plans within and across organizational components. Formulates organizational strategies, tactics, and budget/action plan to acquire and allocate resources. Applies quantitative and qualitative analytical methods and techniques, to conduct and or lead studies of significant impact to the Agency. Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
