Early Intervention Occupational Therapist (Part-Time)

What You’ll Do:

As a part-time Occupational Therapist on our Early Childhood Services team, you’ll work directly with children and families to support developmental progress through individualized, real-world care.

+ Provide in-home and community-based services tailored to each child’s and family’s needs

+ Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)

+ Maintain timely, accurate documentation including assessments, progress notes, DPH-compliant records, and billing

+ Follow clinical recommendations and meet part-time direct service requirements

+ Communicate regularly with supervisors and family/collateral contacts

+ Deliver services in natural settings such as homes, daycares, or community spaces

What You Bring:

+ Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) licensure as an Occupational Therapist through the North Dakota State Board of Occupational Therapy Practice

+ Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

+ Early Intervention or pediatric experience is helpful, but not required

+ A genuine passion for helping young children grow and thrive
