Join Bay Area Hospital as a full-time and experienced Pulmonary trained Intensivist serving the community of Coos Bay, Oregon and beyond. This is an opportunity to lead a team of ICU caregivers while providing patients of all ages with high quality care while seeing a variety of cases including, lumbar punctures, paracentesis, thoracentesis, EBUS, transbronchial biopsies, endotracheal intubation, central venous and arterial catheter placement, swan ganz, conscious and deep sedation and much more. * Full-time role with large amount of autonomy

* Focus on pulmonary critical care as an intensivist

* This 12-bed Intensive Care unit accepts transfers from all over southern Oregon and northern California

* Team is supported by a remote intensivist team from OHSU in addition to in-house hospitalists and specialists

* The ICU sees high-acuity Cardiac Cath Lab patients, as well as primary dialysis and sepsis

* Located in one of the most beautiful regions of the Oregon coast Compensation & Benefits:

* Up to $30,000 sign-on bonus is available

* Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus is available Qualifications & Requirements:

* Must be board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Pulmonology and Critical Care

* 2 to 5 years’ experience post residency is required

* Must have completed a residency program in Internal Medicine, Pulmonology and or Critical Care

The hospital features a Level III Trauma Center and has an accredited Cardiovascular Imaging Center, Cancer Center, Sleep Study Center, Radiology and Mammography Imaging program and Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery program.
