    Internal Communications Manager

    _Inspire, inform, and connect our teams through compelling internal storytelling._

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and innovative **Internal Communications Manager** to lead internal messaging strategies that keep our workforce informed, aligned, and engaged. Working closely with the **Managing Director** , you will oversee the development and execution of internal newsletters, publications, and digital communications. This role plays a critical part in ensuring transparency, enhancing organizational culture, and connecting departments through timely and effective communication.

     

    You’ll also manage internal digital channels—including **electronic billboards** —and play a strategic role in **website development and maintenance** , with an eye toward accessibility and staff engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop, write, and manage **internal newsletters, bulletins, and special publications**

    + Implement creative, alternative communication strategies that resonate with a diverse workforce

    + Collaborate with leadership and departments to ensure timely and consistent messaging

    + Provide oversight and content for **electronic billboards and internal digital signage**

    + Manage or support **website updates and intranet communication tools**

    + Lead or assist in **video production** and **corporate storytelling** initiatives

    + Foster two-way communication to enhance employee experience and organizational culture

    Minimum Requirements:

    + **Bachelor’s degree** in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field

    + **5–7 years of professional experience** in corporate communications and video production

    + Proven experience with **newsletter layout and design** (print and/or digital)

    + Demonstrated excellence in **verbal and written communication**

    + Ability to manage **website content, design, and maintenance**

    + Comfortable working with **diverse teams** , including administrative, nursing, and patient-facing staff

    Preferred Skills & Attributes:

    + Strong visual storytelling ability and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

    + Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, SharePoint)

    + Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging messaging

    + Strategic thinker who can balance multiple priorities and deadlines
