    We are currently recruiting for this position, which offers a salary range of $90,000 to $120,000. This position qualifies for participation in our annual employee bonus program.

    Who you are

     

    You possess hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, boards) and a solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools in the Azure ecosystem. You are proficient in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) and you are a strong communicator and problem solver. Your collaborative mindset enables you to focus on enabling development teams. In addition, you can successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.

     

    Your background includes 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or software engineering. You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

     

    What you will do

     

    The DevOps Engineer will support and enhance our software delivery processes, automation efforts, and system reliability as well as focus on DevOps practices, developer enablement, and reliability engineering.

    Here are a few more details about the role (other duties may be assigned):

    CI/CD & Automation:

    - Collaborate on the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

     

    - Automate build, test, and deployment workflows for .NET Core and Angular applications.

     

    - Implement quality gates, automated testing, and release orchestration.

    Reliability Engineering & Operational Excellence:

    - Participate in incident response and postmortem processes for deployment-related issues.

     

    - Enhance observability of CI/CD pipelines and application deployments using Azure

     

    Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.

     

    - Drive automation to reduce manual intervention and operational toil.

     

    - Collaborate with Cloud Engineering on performance testing and capacity planning.

    Release Management & Change Control:

    - Support release processes and coordinate deployments across environments.

     

    - Contribute to progressive delivery strategies such as blue/green deployments and canary

     

    releases.

     

    - Ensure safe, auditable, and repeatable deployment practices.

    Security & Compliance:

    - Integrate security into the DevOps lifecycle (DevSecOps).

     

    - Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
