Here is how YOU would help benefit the team:

I. Station or Machines:

+ MIG, TIG and spot welders

+ Shear and Roller

+ O.D. Grinder

II. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

+ Layout, shear and roll screen material

+ Spotweld, MIG and TIG welding to approved procedures.

+ Repair of casting porosity.

+ O.D. grinding of screens.

+ Maintain screen inventory and control of filler metals.

+ Visual inspection of welds and dimensional inspection of screens.

+ Follow welder workmanship program.

+ Follow company rules, procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications

III. Preferred Qualifications (Experience, Education or Certification)

+ Two (2) years experience in fabrication and welding.

+ Must be able to read and interpret blueprints

+ Should be certified to weld steel, bronze, stainless and aluminum.

+ Should also have good mechanical skills

+ High school graduate

IV. Minimum Physical Qualifications

A. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

B. Must be able to operate hoist or crane

V. Minimum Qualifications

+ Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

+ Must be able to bend and kneel or to squat or sit for difficult

+ Assemblies

VI. On-Going Training Requirements

+ Health and Safety.

+ Training as directed by management when necessary to perform job
