    Job Summary

    Job Description:

    Bring the heat! As a Sous Chef at Lumen Field, you will assist in leading culinary operations with passion and precision. You will support the Executive Chef, execute high-volume production, and ensure food quality and safety are top-notch. From prep to plate, you’ll be instrumental in delivering a winning culinary experience.

    Qualifications:

    + Culinary degree or equivalent experience

    + Food Safety Manager Certification (ServSafe)

    + WA State Food Handler's Permit

    + Minimum 2–4 years of culinary leadership experience

    + Proficiency in kitchen operations and production systems

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Supervise kitchen operations and food preparation

    + Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed

    + Assist in recipe development and food presentation standards

    + Manage food and labor cost controls

    + Support training and development of culinary team

    + Collaborate with Executive Chef on menus and ordering
