    Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    + Patrol the property using a company vehicle, including stairwells and multiple floors

    + Conduct thorough stairwell and suit checks to ensure safety and access control

    + Respond to incidents and enforce site policies as outlined in post orders

    + Monitor surveillance (CCTV), access control systems, and safety equipment

    + Prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, theft, and other suspicious activity

    + Maintain control and accountability for keys, badges, and issued equipment

    + Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs using a mobile app

    + Deliver excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients

    + Communicate effectively with fellow officers and site leadership

    + Respond calmly and efficiently during emergencies or incidents

    What You’ll Bring:

    + Security experience preferred but not required

    + Must be comfortable conducting vehicle patrols and foot patrols

    + Strong attention to detail and observational skills

    + Excellent written and verbal communication

    + Tech-savvy—comfortable using mobile reporting apps and basic security systems

    + Physical ability to walk, stand, and patrol stairwells for extended periods

    + Calm and professional demeanor at all times

    + Willing to complete all required training and maintain certifications
