    JOB OPPORTUNITY: RESEARCH MANAGER

    PART TIME (5 days/week -30 hours) position through August 31st

    Principal Investigator: Dr. Kirk ‘Jae’ James

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Organize and maintain recruitment spreadsheets and documents

    + Monitor project emails

    + Track participants

    + Project Planning

    + Strategic development

    + Team Supervision

    + IRB Duties

    + Perform other related activities as required

     

    Required Education, Experience, and Skills

     

    + Current or past student in social work, psychology, public health, or other social/behavioral science

    + Experience working on a research study.

    + Experience recruiting participants for research.

    + Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.

    + Interest in research with POC populations

    + Strong project management skills (related to research preferred)

    + Excellent organizational skills

    + Leadership Skills

    + High level of attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work on a team, and punctuality

    + Commitment to social justice and racial and socioeconomic equity
