    Job Description

    You Will:

    + Review training program in collaboration with other Training Specialists.

    + Implement various initiatives to improve the quality of existing training programs and modules (manuals).

    + Deliver technical training to employees.

    + Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides technical support to employees.

    + Monitor and tracks employee and contractor qualifications.

    + Ensure compliance with required training by reviewing the training schedule.

    + Utilize Learning Management software to update, maintain and retrieve training records.

    + Design training programs.

    + Design reports to summarize training results.

    + Lead cross-functional project teams to identify needs and create learning solutions.

    + Collaborate with leaders throughout the company to create learning solutions plans.

    + Provide insight and ideas to solve performance challenges

    + Implements various initiatives to improve the quality of existing training programs and modules (manuals).

    + Develop technical reference guides.

    + Monitor employee and contractor qualifications.

    + Facilitate training schedules to maintain compliance, and productivity

    + Participate in various operation committees.

    + External Interactions with local, state, and federal agencies.

    You Have:

    + H.S. Diploma required.

    + 5+ years of experience in natural gas industry; training experience preferred required.

    + 5+ years of training experience; natural gas industry experience preferred.

    + Working knowledge of pipeline safety (Part 192), OSHA and state/local codes.

    + Ability to proficiently operate a variety of computer software for presentation purposes, and to share, retrieve and research business information and data.

    + Ability to effectively present information and interpretation of regulations in a concise manner.

    + Ability to establish excellent rapport and mutual respect with business partners to effectively carry out work responsibilities.

    + Ability to write and present diverse ideas in a logical and concise manner.

    + Demonstrate leadership ability.

    + Demonstrate ability to present ideas logically and concisely to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.

    Compensation:

    We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000 - $113,250 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
