    About Beverly's:

    Beverly's is the Coeur d'Alene Resort's premier restaurant, celebrated for its sophisticated menu and outstanding guest service. We are looking for a motivated Line Cook to help prepare high-quality meals and support our kitchen team.

    The Role:

    As a Line Cook, you will prepare and cook menu items with attention to detail, quality, and presentation while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards

    + Ensure consistent quality and portion control

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station

    + Follow health and safety regulations

    + Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations

    What We're Looking For:

    + Previous experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen preferred

    + Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety

    + Ability to work efficiently under pressure

    + Team player with good communication skills

    + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Physical Requirements:

    + Able to stand for extended periods, push/pull up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
