    ChildServe is looking for a visionary and results-driven leader to join our team as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, you will shape and execute forward-thinking HR initiatives that align with our mission and drive organizational excellence. From leading innovative compensation and benefits programs to advancing HR technology, enhancing employee experience, and championing performance excellence, you’ll be at the forefront of building a thriving, people-first culture.

     

    What You'll Do

     

    + Strategic HR Leadership : Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration while fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.

    + Compensation & Benefits Strategy : Design and optimize competitive total rewards programs, ensuring legal compliance, industry benchmarking, and cost-effective benefits that attract and retain top talent.

    + Technology & HR Systems Innovation : Lead digital transformation through HRIS and payroll system enhancements, leveraging AI and analytics for improved decision-making, integration, and data security.

    + Employee Experience & Engagement : Cultivate a culture of recognition, inclusivity, and well-being through lifecycle management, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives that support work-life balance.

    + Performance & Talent Development : Drive performance management frameworks aligned with organizational goals, while promoting leadership development, career growth, and capability-building programs.

    + Data-Driven HR Strategy : Implement workforce analytics and reporting systems to inform strategic decisions, track key HR metrics, and translate insights into actionable improvements.

     

    What You'll Need

     

    + Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    + 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR role. Healthcare experience strongly preferred.

    + Proven experience in compensation strategy, HR systems transformation, employee engagement, and data analytics.

    + Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits compliance, and organizational development.

    + Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.

    + Ability to understand and communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
