OnePSS Quality Bus Expert

Position Overview:

As a OnePSS Quality Bus Expert, you play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business functions. You lead and facilitate cross-functional sessions to gather system requirements, ensuring that developed systems align with business objectives. You also conduct system design reviews with IT, third-party developers, and business groups at regional, global, and functional levels to ensure all requirements are met. Additionally, you develop and lead user training materials to support the launch and adoption of quality systems efforts. You are responsible for enabling and implementing system architecture through collaboration with internal and external IT partners, ensuring alignment with the digital roadmap.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Liaison between IT & Business by leading and facilitating cross functional business requirement gathering sessions to identify system requirements and capabilities to support execution of business objectives;

+ Lead and facilitate cross-functional business requirement gathering sessions to identify system requirements and capabilities;

+ Conduct system design review meetings with IT, third-party developers, consultants, and business groups to ensure systems meet business requirements;

+ Develop and lead user training materials to support the launch and adoption of quality systems;

+ Enable and implement system architecture through partnership with internal/external IT;

+ Ensure new systems projects and priorities align with digital roadmap;

+ Support execution of business objectives through effective system design and implementation.

WHO YOU ARE:

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

+ Bachelor's degree in Digital Manufacturing Quality discipline, IT-related degree, or a relevant field;

+ 5+ years of combined experience in Product Supply RC and CP, Manufacturing, Science, and Data Science;

+ Ability to work and influence in an intercultural and multidisciplinary environment, proven by foreign project assignments and global network leadership;

+ Creative problem solver, adept at enabling digital solutions for site operational improvements and translating technical approaches to business needs;

+ Senior experience in product supply, information technology, and global manufacturing quality processes;

+ Fluent in English; proficiency in German and Spanish is a plus.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $111,871.20 - $167,806.80. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
