    Description

    _Training and Development Specialist - Sustainment Planner_

     

    _Onsite in Hohenfels, Germany_

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    + The contractor shall provide sustainment analysis, develop sustainment plans, and facilitation plan implementation for JMRC exercises.

    + The contractor is responsible for gathering the data and information necessary to analyze exercise sustainment requirements of U.S. and MN military units participating in a JMRC supported training event.

    + From that analysis, the contractor develops a sustainment concept and plan.

    + The contractor coordinates within JMRC OPS GRP staff sections and other supporting agencies as well as with participating units for each exercise.

    + The contractor then facilitates implementation of the sustainment plan and adapts as necessary to accommodate changing sustainment needs.

    + This work involves all classes of supply, particularly classes I (rations), III (fuel) and V (ammunition), as well as field services and transportation required by all U.S., NATO and partner forces participating in each exercise.

    + The contractor routinely works with higher level military commands and staffs throughout this process.

    Experience:

    + Experience in providing sustainment analysis, develop sustainment plans, and facilitation plan implementation for JMRC exercises

    + Experience in gathering data and information necessary to analyze exercise sustainment requirements of U.S. and MN military units participating in a JMRC supported training event.

    + Experience in classes of supply, particularly classes I (rations), III (fuel) and V (ammunition), as well as field services and transportation required by all U.S., NATO and partner forces participating in each exercise.

    **Degree(s)/Years of Experience:** (2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree).

    **Certification(s):** None

    **Clearance** :

    + Requires a U.S. Secret clearance with potential to obtain a TS/SCI clearance if and as required
