    Overview

     

    Publicis Imagine is looking for a hard-working Planner, Commerce to manage the day-to-day Media Planning and Strategy functions the Consumer Products account. The Digital Planner, Commerce will work as a member a cross-functional team that is responsible for driving the e-commerce growth strategies to drive our client’s retail and omnichannel business.

     

    This position is both strategic and tactical in scope and requires the ability to apply detailed Social commerce, retail media and e-commerce knowledge to actionable insights, recommendations, and tactical planning. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to join our team and help redefine ecommerce media. This role will also support the various client commerce teams by strategically building channel mixes, guiding creative messaging based on audience insights and trends. Key aspects of the role include Social Messaging, Strategy, innovation & tactical planning.

    Responsibilities

    + Develops tactical commerce media plans – with a focus on Social Commerce, can be inclusive of sponsored search, programmatic, retailer display

    + Leads commerce media activation, asset management, creative operations and ensuring tactical plans align to strategies and continue to deliver on goals once live.

    + Drives integration and partnership between brand media/upper funnel tactics to develop truly end-to-end media plans, while ensuring all 3P retailers are being supported

    + Identifies innovation opportunities through new approaches, new partners and retailer media offerings and ensures test-and-learn programs are set up for success.

    + Proactively finds opportunities and recommendations for process improvements that can help the team work better together and with our client.

    + Effectively communicate program status and progress against objectives to clients and internal team.

    + Synthesizes relevant information on key landmarks, success criteria, and risks. Increase critical issues appropriately.

    + Embrace team values and encourage and support our team to create a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.

    Qualifications

    + Diligent and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    + Agency experience highly preferred

    + Must have 1+ years of experience in campaign management/optimization, strategic planning across Social Media or digital media operations

    + Experience in supporting multiple creative messages, various products across DTC/3P retailers, while adhering to the platforms’ creative standard processes

    + High-level understanding of Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest etc.) and Social Commerce features (shoppable posts, livestreams, etc.)

    + Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements

    + Experience with campaign set up, activation, creative management/messaging, optimization, billing, reporting, and analytics

    + Experience with shopper marketing/e-commerce marketing, media planning, and digital investment experience from backgrounds including performance marketing, retailer media, Social Media, Digital Media or paid search is preferred

    + Understanding of KPIs, such as ROAS, Site Visits, Clicks, Impressions, Reach

    + Build relationships with reps to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client media plan

    + Experience in Consumer Package Goods industry (CPG) preferred

    + Sound understanding of the commerce media landscape, retailer media ecosystems, and go to market strategies

    + Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    + Problem solver and strategic individual who consistently encourages clients and teams to boost

    + Curiosity and an eagerness to roll-up the sleeves to find the answers, learn, apply, and learn again.

    + Entrepreneurial spirit and high self-motivation

    + Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills

    + Excellent communication and writing skills, with ability to present to clients and lead status calls (as needed)

    + Strong project management skills

    + Strong desire to contribute to a team

    + Demonstrate ability to learn new propriety software and processes quickly and proficiently

    + Understanding of Activation/Negotiation and Social team functions

    + Produces client ready work with thoughtfulness and accuracy

    Compensation Range: $53, 200 - 64,400 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
