    Overview

     

    COME JOIN THIS AMAZING TEAM!! We are looking for a **Physical Therapist** to join our team!

     

    **_Covering Angola and Fremont area_** The Licensed Physical Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of appropriate physical therapy services within a framework of interdisciplinary collaboration and consultation.

    + Plan and administer prescribed skilled physical therapy treatment and training for patients suffering from various injuries, illnesses, and functional disabilities to attain the highest level of physical function.

    + Confer with physician and clinical team members to obtain additional patient information and assist in developing, implementing, and revising the therapy treatment program and Plan of Treatment.

    + Develop/implement a conditioning/rehabilitation program consistent with the physicians' Plan of Treatment and the overall goals of the patient/rehab team. Adjust treatment as needed to achieve maximum results.

     

    About You

     

    + Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the

    + American Physical Therapy Association, the Committee on Allied Health Education and

    + Accreditation of the American Physical Therapy Association)

    + PT Licensure in the state of practice

    + Current CPR Certification

    + One year's experience in hospital or home health is preferred.
