    Overview

     

    We are looking for a **Clinical Liaison Market Manager** to join our team. This is a dual function role with sales leadership and customer facing selling responsibilities and will direct the activities of assigned clinical liaison professionals in an assigned market and direct selling into assigned accounts.

     

    The Clinical Liaison Market Manager will supervise clinical liaison professionals, optimizing territory planning and development, selling strategies and setting appropriate growth targets.

     

    + Manages sales activities to include account identification and development, servicing and growing appropriate customer segment accounts.

    + Ensures sales and management activities are in accordance with business plan strategy for a market.

    + Effectively works in collaboration with sales and operations leadership in each market served.

    + Responsible for direct coaching and educating on clinical best practices regarding patient care, admissions and other nursing related duties as needed for clinical liaisons under their direct management.

     

    About You

     

    + Licensed nurse with three to five years hospice experience. BSN with five, or more years hospice experience is preferred

    + Prior experience as a discharge planner, case manager, and/or educator is preferred

    + Ability to apply knowledge of the special needs of hospice patients and families

    + Knowledge of community resources

    + Prior supervision of staff and services

    + Strong knowledge documentation and program management

    + Strong knowledge of general nursing practice

    + Must have good patient assessment skills

    + Ability to learn the Company’s products, services, policies, and procedures
