You will be the Mult Func Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager

What You Will Be Doing

As the Mult Func Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager, you will be responsible for

• Managing a highly diverse team of Make Hardware

Reps\. supporting product flow for multiple

programs through the development and

production manufacturing processes, who

coordinate daily activities with manufacturing,

engineering, and quality counterparts to identify

and react to changing needs and priorities\.

• The individual hired must possess the ability to

assign different personnel to support critical

schedule changes\. Included in the charter will be

development and leadership of a core Factory

Operations team who will be responsible for

oversight of MRP material movements, return

purchase orders, dock to stock prioritization to

support operations needs in maintaining robust

flow of build and product\.

Basic Qualifications:

\- Must have a completed Bachelors degree

\- Must be eligible for a Secret security clearance to

be considered

\- Understand the management of budgets\.

\- Demonstrated proficient knowledge of

computer systems, databases, and programs

\- Ability to assign projects to organizational unit

by leading staff to meet critical schedules,

resolve complex and time sensitive technical or

operational issues\.

\- Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus

/ \(Greenbelt certified or equivalent\)

\-Excellent communication skills\. Demonstrated

ability to work with multiple levels of

Management, industry peers, and internal and

external customers\.

\- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving,

and multitasking skills

Desired Skills:

\- Related experience in material handling, control

systems and ERP systems \(SAP\)

\- Knowledge of Material Management and

Accounting System \(MMAS\)

\- Inventory Control and material handling

knowledge

\- Black Belt trained / certified

\- Ability to understand engineering drawings and

parts lists

\- APICS Certified in Production and Inventory

Management \(CPIM\)

\- APRISO

\- Tableau

**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
