You will be the Financial Management Senior Staff and 1LMX Ambassador for the Air Dominance and Strike Weapons \(ADSW\) Line of Business \(LOB\) within the Missiles and Fire Control Business Area\. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and process improvements across the LOB\.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management Senior Staff, you will serve as a key liaison for the ADSW LOB, collaborating cross\-functionally to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions\. You will assist with data management, support the ADSW F&BO Director on various initiatives, and drive process improvements\.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying knowledge gaps and developing solutions to address them

• Collaborating cross\-functionally to drive process improvements

• Assisting with data cleansing, conversion, and validation efforts

• Supporting training development for major system conversions

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\.

Basic Qualifications:

\- extensive knowledge in program finance processes, data structures, systems, procedures and requirements

\- familiarity working with overhead rates and working with various rate structures

\- experience leading large cross functional teams

\- demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate across diverse teams

Desired Skills:

\- experience working in either the current MFC system and/or future 1LMX systems and tools such as,

EFS, Cobra, Oracle, SAP/S4 Hana

\- EVMS knowledge and expertise

\- experience data cleansing, building visualizations, and organizing common approaches across large portfolios

**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
