Job Description:
At Regions, the Corporate Communications Creative Asset Strategist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of a full spectrum of owned creative assets (e.g. photography, video/film footage, brand elements, final creative content) produced by and for Marketing Communications.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Monitors and maintains rights usage for proprietary and stock creative assets, such as video footage and customer photography
+ Curates and populates legacy content within the Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform
+ Organizes and maintains a Brand and Creative Development portal through the Aprimo DAM platform, ensuring creative staff have a current view of available/approved creative assets and elements
+ Conducts ad-hoc requests from creative content providers for assets
+ Maintains and updates brand expression and visual identity standards, including on-going amendments for specific use cases (e.g. social media) and elements (e.g. icon library)
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Illustration, Marketing, or a related creative field
+ Five (5) years of experience in creative roles

+ Commitment to teamwork and collaborating with colleagues to maximize our effectiveness on all projects, large and small
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to articulate ideas and strategies
+ Knowledge of media production related compliance, copyright laws and property management to ensure all content adheres to legal standards
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and clients
+ Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
+ Strong work ethic and self-motivation
_This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense._

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
