What we're looking for:

+ AMCB certified CNM

+ Arizona CNM license (or eligibility)

+ Minimum of 1 year's experience in full-scope midwifery (preferred) or 2 or more years' experience in L&D

+ Comfort with independent practice in patient and outpatient with both prenatal and Gyn Care
