As a Project Management Service Consultant you are the point of contact for the client projects. You will orchestrate and collaborate with cross functional teams to support client projects, supply chain operations, maintain web storefront platforms, and commercial print production and processes. The goal is to exceed client expectations. This role is a blend of Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Account Management, Web Storefront Management, and Print Production Management. The following gives an aerial view, not all inclusive, of the various responsibilities:
+ Project Management: Contribute to gathering and analyzing client requirements for the scope of sale to develop a project road map and milestones. Act as the liaison with client, vendors, and cross functional teams like pricing, sales and marketing. Evaluate project risks, anticipate needs, communicate, plan and adjust accordingly.
+ Supply Chain Management: Manage Deluxe owned inventory to ensure adherence to stock levels and turnover rates. Analyze historical inventory usage, demand data, manage orders, and anticipate seasonal supply and demand variations. Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate prices and resolve issues.
+ Account Managment: Develop relationships with key accounts and decision makers. Communicate with clients via meetings, phone, email or other channels to provide product information, solutions, and negotiate and close quotes.
+ Web Storefront Management: Manage web storefronts to ensure accuracy of content, pricing, graphics, and stat match the ERP system. Resolve issues and ensure prompt communication with relevant partners and customers.
+ Print Production Management: Oversee and manage production to ensure Deluxe quality standards and technical requirements are maintained and client expectations are achieved. Apply client brand guidelines when auditing vendor proofs against mechanical files.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)
+ HS/GED AND 4 years relevant experience; OR Technical Certification and 2 years relevant experience
+ Must be 18 years of age or older
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required)
+ 4 years customer service and client consultation
+ Comprehensive understanding of commercial print processes, including offset, digital, large format, laser engraving, and embroidery.
+ Expertise in page and file formatting.
+ Experience in creative artwork and premium buying.
+ Knowledge of product technology that applies to the workflow process.
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
+ Project, vendor, and client management skills.
+ Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Smart Sheets.

Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
