Job Description:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the creation of our robust suite of cloud-native enterprise applications in the rapidly growing healthcare software industry. You will be a member of a dev team working collaboratively with others in an Agile organization to deliver software that sustains and improves the health of individuals and communities.
Responsibilities:
+ Design and develop high-quality, cloud-native web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and the React framework.
+ Translate complex business requirements into modular, scalable, and maintainable code with clear implementation strategies.
+ Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure robust functionality and prevent regression issues.
+ Contribute to and participate in design and code reviews, promoting best practices and code quality across the team.
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, UI/UX, and QA to ensure alignment with technical and functional specifications.
+ Actively engage in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, driving continuous improvement and team alignment.
Required Experience:
+ React (JavaScript/TypeScript): Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining modern web applications using React. The candidate should demonstrate strong knowledge of component-based architecture, hooks, state management, and performance optimization techniques.
+ Java & Spring Boot: Minimum of 3 years strong hands-on experience developing scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot framework. Proficiency in REST API design, security best practices, dependency injection, and configuration management is expected.
+ Microservices Architecture: Minimum of 2 years proven experience designing, developing, and deploying applications following a microservices-based architecture. Should be familiar with concepts such as service discovery, inter-service communication, fault tolerance, and service decomposition.
+ MongoDB: Minimum of 2 years solid understanding and experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Preferences:
+ Micro Frontend Architecture: Exposure to or experience with micro frontend patterns, including federated modules, independent deployment strategies, and integration of multiple frontends in a shared ecosystem, is highly desirable.
+ Cloud Platforms (Nice to Have): Familiarity or hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus, particularly with services like Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Firestore, and deployment pipelines.
+ Agile Development Practices: Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in participating in sprints, daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($68.00 - $72.00/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
