    Flex Security Officer - Weekly Pay!

    **Location:** Gresham, OR

    _**Weekend availability needed & will be stationed at various site locations**_

    **Shifts Available:** _must be available at least 2 shifts._

    + 1st and 2nd

    + 2nd and 3rd

    **Rate:** $20.50/Hour

As a Flex Officer, you will gain a broad knowledge of various high-profile posts and will be evaluated for leadership and further growth potential.

    What Your Day May Look Like

    + Provide security coverage for short-term, special security assignments

    + Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site and training newly assigned permanent officers

    + Weekend and holiday availability needed

    + Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.

    + Conflict resolution and de-escalation

    + Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client's premises

    + Provide high level of customer service to clients, employees, and guests

    Position Requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Valid Driver's License and clear driving history

    + Standard computer / technology skills needed

    + Customer service background preferred

    + Prior security experience a plus

    + Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner

    + Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift

    + Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
