Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated 3D Artist to serve as a crucial link between our artistic and engineering teams. This role involves collaborating closely with a multifaceted, interconnected team dedicated to crafting engaging experiences to demonstrate technology use cases between research and product.

Required Skills:

3D Artist | XR Tech Responsibilities:

1. Partner closely with the engineering and design teams to develop experiences across a range of devices

2. Pathfind and adopt new GenAI technology workflows for Artists

3. Create visually compelling 2D imagery, 3D renderings, characters and environments

4. Prototype, profile and optimize custom shaders, and lighting scenarios

5. Implement runtime logic within a complex real-time environment with performance limitations in mind

6. Consistently give and take constructive feedback, direct next steps, and communicate clear goals and outcomes to your team

Minimum Qualifications:

7. 7+ years of experience developing real-time experiences

8. Demonstrated expertise with at least one of the following pipelines: Runtime Behaviors, or Asset Pipeline

9. Experience in content authoring packages (e.g. Maya, Substance, Houdini, Blender, etc.)

10. Experience in content Artificial Intelligence packages (e.g. ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Flux. etc.)

11. Experience working with Unity and/or Unreal

12. Expertise in at least one low-level programming language

13. Understanding of architecture for complex tools and pipelines with a focus on content creators

14. Experience in shader languages (Open Graphics Library Shading Language, ShaderLab, High-Level Shading Language)

15. Experience with game/real-time profiling and optimization techniques

16. Experience collaborating on multi-disciplinary teams

17. Expertise working with version control systems (Git, Perforce, etc.), using advanced workflows

18. Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality and Augmented Reality experience

19. Demonstrated experience of real-time graphics pipeline concepts

20. Experience with creating Low-Rank Adaptation models

Public Compensation:

$149,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
