**Job Title:** Pick and Pack Worker - Packaging Associate

**Location:** Bedford Park, IL

**Shift:** 12-hour rotating shifts (7 am - 7 pm or 7 pm - 7 am)

**Pay:** $15.00/hour for day shift, $16.00/hourr for night shift

Schedule:

+ Week 1 - 3 days on, 2 days off

+ Week 2 - 2 days on, 3 days off

Responsibilities:

As a Packaging Associate, you will manage all aspects of product packaging for your assigned work cell. Your duties will include:

+ Inspecting finished products to ensure compliance with quality and packaging standards.

+ Communicating any product quality or packing concerns to leadership.

+ Stacking, counting, and weighing products according to work station guidelines, placing them in poly bags.

+ Verifying correct stamp codes.

+ Packaging finished goods into boxes, gaylords, or pallets with attention to packaging or stacking patterns.

+ Reporting supply needs, including boxes, poly bags, ink, tape, etc.

+ Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.

+ Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

+ Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.

+ Ability to lift 25-40 lbs.

+ Adherence to GMP, PPE, and dress code policies.

+ Compliance with Plant General Safety Rules, Core Safety Rules, Critical Safety Rules, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

+ Steel-toed shoes are required.
