Shop the comp set for competitive rate analysis and adjust pricing as needed.

Conduct Sales and Associate Blitz Meetings.

Submit CLC billing and reconcile Dayuse and Expedia no-shows.

Review Bonvoy enrollment goals and performance.

Audit breakfast logs for temperature and readings compliance.

Restock marketplace items and empty laundry coin boxes.

Review and update QPower Action Plan.

Audit guest ledger for balances over $1,000.

Inspect guest rooms randomly for cleanliness and PM compliance.

Review Above-Property Accountability Reports in mDash (GSS, BSA, Accountability Zone).

Check Empower for BSA compliance and upload invoices on MESH.

Review aging reports for direct bill accounts.

Order linens, detergent, and other operational supplies.

Complete sales tax and cash reports, and submit city/state revenue reports.

Verify and update hotel details in the Product Catalog.

Complete and submit BSA Property Prework twice per year (June & December).

    About you:
