    What You'll Be Doing

    + 2nd shift plant maintenance mechanic

    + Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and systems

    + Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency

    + Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively in a production environment

    + Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives

    + Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

    + Familiarity with industrial tools, welding, and fabrication techniques

    + Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

    + Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to emergency maintenance needs

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
