• Treasury Manager - Product and Payment Enablement

    Were looking for a high-impact Treasury Manager to join our fast-paced, high-growth FinTech client's environment. This is not your typical back-office treasury rolethis is a strategic, product-facing position that sits at the intersection of payments, product enablement, and risk management. Youll work directly with senior leaders (VPs and above), drive cross-functional initiatives, and help shape the future of our global payments infrastructure.

     

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and can manage upward with confidence and clarity. Youll be a key player in building scalable processes, enhancing internal controls, and supporting product rollouts that impact our client's core business.

    Skills and Requirements

    56 years of experience in Treasury within a FinTech environment

     

    Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite skillsable to create polished, executive-ready deliverables

     

    Proven ability to manage up and work directly with senior stakeholders (VP/SVP level)

     

    Experience with project management and driving initiatives forward independently

     

    Deep understanding of payment products, money movement, and internal controls

     

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to navigate complexity and push for solutions Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) implementation

     

    Exposure to banking relationships and regulatory reporting

     

    Familiarity with FinTech payment partners and APIs

    CIA or CISA certification null
