Job Description

Our pharmaceutical client is seeking an ETL Consultant to support the migration of risk files from Excel to SQL database that their PLM (Windchill) leverages. This person will be responsible for:

Interpreting and transforming source risk files (HA, xFMEA, UTAs) per MDCP into Windchill Reliability & Risk (WRR)-importable formats.

Ensure contextual alignment between source and target data structures.

Collaborate with MDCP SMEs to validate transformation logic and assumptions.

Transform 5-6 risk files every 2-3 days (depending on volume of each file)

Serve as the SME for data migration, system integration, and process optimization efforts.

Analyze legacy systems and data structures to develop transformation roadmaps.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years experience providing ETL migration support from Excel to SQL databases

Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, CRM (PTC Windchill preferred)

Ability to translate technical data into business-relevant insights.

Familiarity with regulatory and quality implications of risk documentation.

Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint)

Experience migration SQL databases

Excellent communication skills Pharma or medical device industry

PTC Windchill Platform: Windchill Risk & Reliability (WRR) module

Macros and Python scripting null
