Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering impactful healthcare market research solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for research, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
Understanding Client Needs: Identify and understand client goals, challenges, and research requirements.
Research Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to define research objectives and methodologies.
Project Execution: Oversee the execution of research projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze quantitative data and present insights in a clear, actionable format.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering value.
Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business efforts.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience in market research (healthcare preferred).
Strong quantitative skills (90% of the role is data-focused).
Familiarity with healthcare terminology and industry language.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Quick learner with a proactive, driven attitude.
A degree is not requiredexperience and passion matter more. null
