Job Description

Need a Sr Technical Delivery Lead with deep experience in leading teams to deliver complex software applications in a highly-secure Azure cloud environment. Must be able to manage delivery scope and execution in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders while ensuring that development teams have a clear understanding of goals, roadmaps, and areas of responsibility. Must be able to operate with complete transparency to the development team, stakeholders, and Evergreen leadership and meet agreed delivery timelines and schedules.

Skills and Requirements

Ability to establish effective trust-based relationships and work effectively with client stakeholders and technical resources

Ability to own, organize, and manage a backlog of work items for building a complex software application

Ability to abstract a backlog into a definitive implementation roadmap and set of Sprint and Epic-level delivery goals

Solid understanding of web application in a cloud environment development principles and concepts including :

o JavaScript-based Single Page Applications

o Container-based cloud-hosted applications in Microsoft Azure

o RESTful APIs written in Microsoft .NET

Ability to work with stakeholders to organize and express their ideas in ways that can be turned into backlog stories for implementation by technical resources Prior experience as a web or backend developer

Prior experience as a Technical Analyst or Technical Product Owner

Ability to write effective user stories based on stakeholder input null
