Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a detail oriented Sr. Payroll Analyst. The payroll analyst is primarily responsible for overseeing and auditing the daily the companys payroll processes and transactions, ensuring efficiency and timeliness. The payroll analyst will also research, evaluate and ensure that payroll issues are discrepancies are resolved in a proper and timely manner. The payroll analyst collaborates with other Human Resources team members and operations managers to accurately maintain and update employment records in the HRIS. This position requires a confident, a detail oriented professional with strong organizational and time management skills.
Compensation:
$65,000 to $75,000
Benefits offer, 401K match, Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, and Holiday pay

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a payroll processing position
- Understand multi-state payroll laws
- ADP Workforce Now experience
- Detail oriented with a strong understanding of payroll processes - Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Processional (CPP) null
