Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Manager to lead the re-launch of our clients product platforms. This role involves aligning strategies, planning, monitoring, and executing GTM initiatives, and coordinating efforts across sales, account management, legal, marketing, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Leadership: Define and drive the GTM process, manage launch plans, develop project plans, facilitate meetings, and mitigate risks.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central contact for product management, technical teams, customer support, marketing, business leaders, and partners.

Go-to-Market Execution: Ensure all GTM elements are aligned and ready, monitor post-launch performance, and refine strategies based on feedback.

Governance & Reporting: Report on program status, financial impacts, and risks, and conduct regular reviews with stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Streamline commercialization efforts and develop best practices for future launches.

This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful product launches and alignment with strategic objectives.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience in project management, go-to-market execution, or product commercialization in a technology, SaaS, healthcare IT, or B2B environment with track record of successful delivery

o Stakeholder management, facilitation, and organization skills

o Sale enablement, pricing of products, legal, implementation and services side. (in depth of experience of one)

Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams/initiatives, and drive results

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, ability to quickly adapt to change and work with comfort navigating ambiguity

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Mavenlink, or similar)

Experience in hospital, healthcare, or other similar industry desirable

Bachelors degree in business, technical discipline, or related field. Project Management Institute (PMP) or Prince2 certification desirable

Lean Six Sigma certification desirable

Pragmatic Marketing certification desirable null
