Job Description

Insight Global is searching for an IT Change and Compliance Administrator to sit in Exton, PA at one of our simulation software engineering clients. Our client, recently certified under the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), is seeking an IT Change and Compliance Admin to maintain their CMMC certification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring changes, making sure they follow outlined processes, updating documentation and validating compliance of the network.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with technical engineers to monitor changes and update diagrams. Ensure all changes follow outlined processes and policies.

Maintain and update IT documentation, including policies, procedures, and network diagrams (TCP, PORT). Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accurate.

Review compliance requirements and verify that documentation and process governance are aligned.

Monitor the Change Advisory Board process for adherence and assist in updating changes in our Agile-based project planning tool (Jira).

Work with the IT team to alleviate the documentation load from their work. Review and mature existing IT documentation.

Clearly present and communicate challenges, opportunities, and projects related to compliance and change management.
