• Secret Network Engineer (Temp)

    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Secret cleared Network Technician to support a federal client of ours onsite in Newport, RI. This role will directly support the government customer with Network support, including switch configuration and turning ports on/off. The day to day includes:

     

    Layer 1 and 2 network troubleshooting

     

    Diagnosing network issues

     

    Routing and switching

     

    Working with Cisco, Brocade, and Juniper devices

     

    General customer service

     

    Developing and following standards and procedures for Network Operations

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Active Secret clearance

     

    Security+ certification

     

    CCNA certified

     

    3+ years of network support experience

    Ability to work onsite in Newport, RI area null
