Job Description

A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a Software Engineer to join their team. This team will have full ownership over this platform for a DoD project this company is taking on. This ream of developers will be small and will be the only developers responsible for overseeing the data and code that comes through this system. This resource will work with 3 other developers to help develop and evaluate a consolidated, conformed enterprise data warehouse and data lake which store all critical system data across Customer, Provider, Claims, Client and Benefits data. They'll be using Net, JavaScript framework tools, DevOps tools for pipeline creation and maintenance and will need to be able to query in SQL and triage data from the SQL database to evaluate issues and items that come up within the system. This team does not have a DevOps team so they will help oversee the deployment and maintenance of this application and pipeline. They will manage processes that are highly complex and impact the greater organization. This team is looking for resources who are willing and eager to come in and grow their skillsets.

Skills and Requirements

- 6-10 years Software Development Experience

- C#/.Net, Asp.Net, and VB.Net

- Strong experience applying Solid principles in development

- Strong SQL experience- writing SQL queries, triaging data from SQL database

- CICD- experience helping build or maintain CICD pipelines

- Azure DevOps

- Angular or React

- Azure

- Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging services (RabbitMQ, Azure ServiceBus).

- Test Driven Development environment, or participating in code reviews within development.

- Strong collaboration capabilities and eager to learn and grow skillsets

- Local to Nashville, TN (open to hybrid schedule 2-3 days on-site) - NoSQL- MongoDB or CosmosDB

- Familiarity/exposure/working knowledge of Microservices architecture

- Event Driven Architecture- K8, Docker, etc. null
