Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative for our client in the education space. This individual will be trained on their proprietary systems, but must possess some technical knowledge, experience working with a ticketing system, and excellent customer service skills.

Skills and Requirements
• 2+ of experience in an IT Support/technical Tier one CSR role.
o Ability to learn how to do password resets, browser troubleshooting, clear cache for users, clear cookies.
• Ability to work from home -- reliable internet speed.
• Strong phone etiquette. - Bilingual, Spanish speaking null
