Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a **Senior On-Site Service Specialist** , where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional operational support and enhancing the client experience. From operating high-volume print equipment to managing mail and reception services, you’ll be at the heart of our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate high-volume 2D/3D print and copy machines with precision and efficiency

+ Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate as needed

+ Provide excellent customer service and manage job requests

+ Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and calculate service charges

+ Support building functions and assist with meeting room setups and light maintenance

+ Perform reception duties as needed

+ Follow safety protocols and ensure a secure work environment

Must-Have Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

+ Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite)

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

+ Experience in copy/print services

+ Basic knowledge of electronics or copier repair

+ Valid driver’s license with minimum auto insurance
