    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a adoption and Change Management Consultant to help deliver support to their clients post deal. These technical solutions are focused around Microsoft 365. This role will be onsite in Downtown Denver T-TH, and is contracted to last 6-12 months with conversion possible.

     

    This position will play a key role in the deliver of services directly to the clients, and will have the responsibility of building relationships with the stakeholders and project teams. In supporting the identification and mobilization of a change network, this position will provide the change management expertise in the areas of change strategy & planning, communication, training, and user adoption support.

     

    Pay Range: $60-$70 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

    7 years of experience in a change management role; focusing on the people impact within technology adoption

     

    Proficiency in technical implementations & changes for SharePoint and Teams

    Experience with the end-to-end process of Change Strategy, Communication Plans, and Training Any Certifications for:

    - Organizational change management

     

    - Microsoft service adoption

     

    - Instructional Designer/Trainer

     

    - Microsoft application or platform

    - Technology platform or methodology null
