Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote Data Delivery Consultant to join the data exchange team of a large healthcare client. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial clients. This position involves extensive phone communication with clients, collaboration with data engineers, and the ability to analyze requests and write specifications for programs.

Skills and Requirements

Provide exceptional support to commercial clients

Engage in phone communication with clients to understand their data delivery needs and provide solutions.

Collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure accurate and efficient data delivery.

Analyze client requests and write detailed specifications for programs.

Consult with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice (80% customer consulting).

Field inquiries and answer questions related to data delivery and program specifications.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. null
