• Power Platform Analyst-INTL Costa Rica

    Job Description

    An employer is looking to add a Power Platform Analyst to joint their team. This person will assist with Power Platform governance and be responsible for defining and managing environment strategy, data policies, and security standards across the environment. They will assist with the design, development, and maintenance of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows to support business processes. They will help manage Power Apps environments, application deployment, permissions, and sharing. They will administer Power Automate flows, including connection and gateway management, flow lifecycle, and security. They will work closely with business units, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. They will be responsible for conducting training sessions, creating documentation, and providing ongoing support to users and teams. They will translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, document requirements, and maintain solution documentation. They will leverage Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Active Directory, for authentication and integration scenarios.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

     

    Strong understanding of Power Platform administration, governance, and security best practices.

     

    Experience with Canvas and Model-Driven app architecture and deployment.

     

    Proficiency in managing Power Automate flows, including triggers, actions, and connectors.

     

    Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, especially Azure Active Directory.

     

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).

     

    Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams integration.

     

    Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for Power Platform. null
