    Job Description

    We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing scalable middleware APIs and backend services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building high-performance systems that support thousands of requests per second (RPS), guiding teams, and promoting coding best practices. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable middleware APIs and backend services using Java with Spring Boot and Golang, optimizing and managing existing high-performance systems on AWS and GCP, and integrating with services across streaming. The candidate will leverage GCP technologies such as Pub/Sub, GKE, Cloud SQL, and Spanner, and maintain AWS technologies including EKS, ECS, Lambda, Elasticache, Aurora/RDS, OpenSearch, and Step Functions. They will promote coding excellence, participate in the design and architecture phases of new features, mentor junior team members, contribute to technical strategy and roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional agile teams. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in scalable middleware APIs and backend services, proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Golang, experience with AWS and GCP, strong leadership and mentorship skills, and effective collaboration and communication abilities.
