    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a UI/UX Business Systems Analyst for a large company in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will lead the User Experience and User Interface to ensure that they are designed to meet needs. You will be partnering with the ServiceNow Platform team and business stakeholders to deliver accessible and intuitive ServiceNow experiences.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 4+ years of experience leading integration of UX design across any tools, products or applications.

     

    - Experience conducting and synthesizing user research, interviews, surveys and usability testing to inform design decisions

     

    - Ability to code in HTML

     

    - Experience working with Product Managers, Engineers and Designers to define requirements and be aligned with user needs and business goals

     

    - Experience facilitating design workshops, brainstorming sessions and design reviews with stakeholders - Experience with ServiceNow null
