Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business & Technical Analysis Senior Manager. This person will be a strategic leader who effectively cascades functional strategy impacting those responsible for the identification, evaluation and design of technology-based business solutions as well as providing support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications. They will be leading a team or teams to develop new methods to solve complex business problems, drive system optimization and mitigate potential risk.

Salary: 130-160k

Skills and Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or higher in the information technology (IT) field, business administration, or information systems. In lieu of a degree, at least 11 years of experience in analytics, business or IT.

8+ years of experience in analytics, business or IT

4+ years of experience managing direct reports

Experience in IT-related analytics

8+ years of experience in manufacturing with SCADA or engineering systems a plus

Experience with SCADA technologies such as Ignition or similar applications

Understanding of industrial automation landscape and current manufacturing trends null
