    Our Staffing Coordinators are dynamic individuals working as a team to communicate client care needs and the shifts available to qualified caregivers utilizing our computerized scheduling system. They will provide customer service, issue resolution and inspiration.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Schedule qualified employees to fill client orders by utilizing computerized scheduling software. Heavy use of the telephone for communication as well as email and text.

    + Responsible for preparing scheduling reports and communicating shift information to our clients, Caregivers and the On-Call Team.

    + Confirm employee schedules and maintain caregiver availability information.

    + Respond to client and employee requests in a timely manner. Resolve challenges with clients and caregivers through effective issue resolution techniques.

    + Recognize outstanding caregiver performance and counsel them on corrective actions.

    + Communicate our services to potential clients and their families.

    + Work as part of a TEAM with other Staffing Coordinators to develop staffing strategies, resolve staffing issues and develop/implement staffing protocols.

    + Communicate effectively with other members of the Martha’s Hands Team.

    Required Experience:

    Experience and Skills:

    + College degree preferred, not required. Strong Customer Service/Communication skills.

    + Successful candidates have come from the following industries: Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality/Restaurant, Property Management and Telemarketing.

    + Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship skills, especially over the phone.

    + High energy with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

    + Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages.

    Special Considerations:

    + Blended Work Schedule:

    + Tue, Wed, Thu: Work in Martha’s Hands Office, Town & Country, MO

    + Mon & Fri: Work Virtually from your home (option to come in office).

    + Hours: 10am-6pm

    + Assist with On-Call during evenings and weekends. Expectation to be part of On Call Rotation in 60-120 days - typically One Weekday Night/Week, One Weekend/Month and shared Holiday Coverage.

    + Full-time, hourly position with additional compensation for On-Call. Benefits include health care, dental, limited vision, life insurance and paid time off. Detailed schedule of benefits is available upon hire.
