Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our largest financial clients out of their Pittsburgh, PA location 2x/week onsite. This individual will be joining the Data Governance and Business Strategy team in the Data Solutions and Services space. They will be working on the operating model team working closely with high level stakeholders and the Data Governance team to drive data governance forums at the EPO and data leader level. They will be expected to join and contribute to project planning meetings, gather requirements for said projects, and drive the requirements forward to achieve the end goal of the project with little interference from management. This will be a largely project coordination and requirements gathering role with high emphasis on engagement within the team and stakeholder population. This individual will be expected to be an expert in creating and presenting decks as well as the documentation of project strategy and progress on requirements. Any experience or background in communications or working with high level stakeholders or C-Suite executives is preferred.

Skills and Requirements

- 3-5 years of professional experience working with gathering requirements and project management/coordination

- Extensive experience operating powerpoint and creating decks

- High attention to detail

- Self-driven and independent

- Sharp and excellent comms
