    Job Description

    Day to Day:

    Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow HAM Business Analyst to support one of our clients out of Dearborn, MI. This Business Analyst will be joining the PC Asset Management team to assist in the migration of PC renewal operations and asset management to ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM). Main priorities for this individual include but not limited to implementing solutions for ServiceNow HAM to align with client needs and providing training and creating documentation for users. This analyst will need to be onsite 4 days a week in Dearborn, MI.

    Compensation:

    $30/hr to $35/hr.

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow HAM

    • In depth knowledge of IT Asset Management processes and best practices

    •Experience developing and conducting training materials ·ITIL v3 or v4 certification null
