    Day to Day:

    Insight Global is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a major client. This role involves acting as the vital link between customers and the software development team, ensuring seamless communication and understanding. The Business Analyst will be responsible for meticulously documenting functional system and process requirements, collaborating with clients to gather insights through document analysis, business process descriptions, workflow analysis, and use cases. By evaluating and interpreting this information, the analyst will develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business needs and translate them into precise application and operational requirements. Exceptional written communication skills are essential for this role to ensure clarity and accuracy in documentation.

    Skills and Requirements

    Must Haves:

    • 7+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Healthcare

    • Experience creating deliverables and process flows

    • Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders

    • Experience with Microsoft Visio null
